Visited the 2010 London Film & Comic Con

It was supposed to be so easy..

So I've failed on the DVD, couldn't withdraw any money 
Or call mum about tea, I'll have to get the savings and hurry 
But where was the money, I knew I'd left it on the 
Side, next to the telly, this is not even funny... 

In 2010 I have become a couch potato having only just discovered the following shows:

• 'the inbetweeners'
• 'The Office: An American Workplace'
• 'Flight of the Conchords'

In an effort to catch up with pretty much everyone I delved in quickly and watched them all in a month, and they've all been ruddy brilliant.  In my defence, it is January, and we all know that's been a weak month..snow, coldness, so grey it looks like 'the road' (a film that kept me up at night with sheer depression) - so automatically I reach for the Sailor Jerrys and vege!

Not only that, but admittedly I enjoyed a fair dose of Celebrity Big Brother, Sisqo has become an unlikely hero of mine...I would have thought being famous for the 'Thong Song' would make you want to hurt yourself everyday, but not S, he proved to be sound as a pound and he was also the funniest person in there...he was great in the diary room - his justified rantings included: Evangelical Nut Job Stephen's fascination with Alex's (aka Rocky) mind but more noticeably..body and he was the only one to state the obvious when it came to Vinnie Jones' dominance in the house.  Sisqo also introduced 'SNAP' to my vocab, a great alternative to swearing and has given the phrase 'Jimminy Christmas' a much needed boost!

Other couch potato related tasks accomplished:

• Joined Twitter - did not think I'd like it, but its rate good and a much better platform to facebook...

that sums up 2010 thus far - not especially proud of myself but I'm still living proof oxygen works...
